I usually do not write reviews but this time I wanted to as it may be a benefit to others. Our experience dealing with Kim was fantastic. Travel in general can be hectic and overwhelming and adding Disney and children to the mix can it exponentially worse. What a relief it was to find and work with Kim. She was able to not only navigate through all the issues and roadblocks a spur of the moment trip to Disney can cause, but was also able to make the experience easier and more affordable than I thought. Kim was very efficient and responsive regarding all our needs and questions, but also had some valuable incite that never even crossed my mind. She took care of every facet of our travel needs and was even able to make sure the experience was smooth for us and magical for our children.
